To whom it may concern In my role as Head of Operations for Manchester City Football Club I had reason to deal with Xclusafe for a number of different functions. Both Phil Moulton and his company are extremely flexible and prepared to assist in any way possible. The main duties they undertook during my time at the Club were personal security for the Chairman and senior representatives at the football club, providing a number of stewards on a matchday or major event and more importantly as drivers as and when required. During 2007 and 2008 Xclusafe worked very closely with my team on the UEFA Cup Final project ensuring we had vehicles and security throughout the planning process and the event itself. All agencies involved in the organisation had nothing but positive things to say about Phil and his team. I have worked with Phil Moulton for several years in various capacities and can highly recommend its services. Whilst I was Operations Manager of the Sport city site, I regularly used Phil and his company for the supply of security staff during major events. I have also used the company for events in my current position as General Manager of the Manchester Velodrome.
